Home Genius Exteriors Named One of New Jersey’s Top Workplaces in 2026

Home Genius Exteriors has been named one of the best places to work in New Jersey for the year 2026. More than 9,000 organizations were invited to survey their employees for their satisfaction on areas including pay and benefits, leadership, mindfulness, and employee appreciation. The final list includes 125 organizations, with Home Genius Exteriors claiming the No. 1 spot in the midsize category.

Organizations in the midsize category have an employee count between 150 and 499. Survey results are only valid if more than 35% of employees surveyed respond, and the organizations must have at least 50 employees physically located in the state of New Jersey. The survey results were collected and analyzed by Energage, an employee survey company based in Philadelphia.
