Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers.

All manufacturer suggested retail purchase prices are calculated prior to the application of any discounts. Discounts and promotions are always applied at time of contract execution. Home Genius Exteriors is neither a broker nor a lender. All financing opportunities are subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments may be required depending on financing offer and payment amounts may change depending on the size of the project. Monthly payments, if required, will vary with loan amount and terms. Making minimum monthly payments during the promotional period will not pay off the entire principal balance. Interest is billed during the promotional period, but all interest is waived if the purchase amount is paid in full before the expiration of the promotional period.
