The crew showed up on time and was very courteous. Install was done in a timely manner. There was a spot of rotted wood that was missed during initial install. So at first it was a little rocky, but once I started talking to Andrew. Which was my project managers boss EVERYTHING started going smooth and he even came out to my property on time when he said he would and went over everything all my concerns and their work even fixed my basement leak it appears. My roof project was completed only  2 weeks after contracting with Home Genius. Materials arrived on site 2 days. The weather delayed installation but the project Max squeezed the install between very bad storms. He provided step by step aerial photos while I was at work . I have replaced 5 roofs in Colorado, and this one in PA. Hands down , this is the best.  From the young sales rep at the Fair, to JR the estimator/inspection, Max the project manager and the crew , everyone exceeded my expectations. This is not only a roof install, it's an engineered roof solution with the proper modern methods and materials. After the install, I mowed my lawn and didn't find a Single nail!
