Did another fantastic job on the roof. I am very pleased with the work. The installers and the project Manager Justin was awesome, I am a veteran and I am so grateful that they helped me out. Justin stayed with me for a couple hours, made sure the crew was on top of everything. I am forever grateful for him and Home Genius. This veteran is more than happy. I absolutely adore the professionalism and quality of work delivered by the Home Genius team. From the very beginning, Jarin — our Home Remodeling Expert — set the tone. I had consulted with many roofing companies before, and not ONE ever took the time to actually go onto my attic and identify the ongoing damages left behind from what was supposed to be an approved insurance claim of roofing repairs. The images Jarin captured and the way he educated my husband and me about the state of roof but our attic, truly opened our eyes to the mess our insurance company left us with. Home Genius immediately stood out and blew every other company out of the water, so choosing them was an easy decision. When it was time to meet our Project and Installation Manager, Andrew, he continued exactly where Jarin left off. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of my concerns, and made sure there were no missteps or miscommunication. We never felt ignored or neglected — not once. Additionally, Andrew went above and beyond by coming out on days when workers were busy or stuck in traffic, personally removing debris and scanning for nails to ensure our property was safe. His actions proved he is truly a man of his word. Because of Home Genius, I was able to reopen my home insurance claim and secure an approved supplement. Don’t let insurance companies intimidate you. Know your rights and understand Illinois laws — it will protect you in the long run. Home Genius even provides pamphlets to support your consumer rights, which I truly appreciated. This company is professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about homeowners. I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors. I had my roof completed on the house and garage. The crew was phenomenal my project managers were Jon and Matthew, they were kind enough to move yard furniture in order to protect my things. They even came back after the project to clean up on top of the team.
