Home Genius Exteriors Named a Best Place to Work in Ohio for 2026

Home Genius Exteriors has claimed the No. 22 spot on the Crain’s Cleveland Business list of the Best Places to Work in Ohio for 2026. Organizations on the list have cultivated outstanding workplace cultures, encouraging innovation and nurturing employee growth. The list includes organizations spanning across multiple industries, all united by a common mission to provide better experiences for customers by fostering a passionate, thriving workforce.

To qualify for the list, organizations must have at least 25 employees working in Ohio. Non-profits and for-profits, whether privately owned or publicly traded, are all open to apply. Organizations are surveyed by Best Places to Work, a Harrisburg, Pennsylvania-based independent workplace excellence research firm. The application process is a two-part survey, the first focused on the organization’s practices and the second comprised of employee satisfaction survey responses.

This is Home Genius Exteriors’ second time being featured on a Crain’s Cleveland Business list. The first was in 2025 on their Fast 50 list, which denotes the fastest-growing businesses in Ohio.
