Home Genius Exteriors Wins GuildMaster Award for Exceptional Service Across Eight States

Home Genius Exteriors has been named a 2026 GuildMaster Award Winner for exceptional customer service for the consecutive year in a row. We first made the list in 2025, after becoming a Guildmember in 2024. Multiple locations were recognized this year, with 16 offices located across eight different states ranging from New Jersey to Michigan all qualifying for the list. Award Winners must meet strict criteria surrounding customer service and experience. This includes a minimum 50% response rate for post-work customer satisfaction surveys, a 90% recommendation rate by customers who’ve chosen us to remodel their home, and the business awarded is required to have uploaded customer survey data for 12 consecutive weeks within the qualification year.
