Chief Growth Officer Tim Dunphy Receives Smart Business Smart 50 Award and Specialty Impact Award

Home Genius Exteriors’ Chief Growth Officer, Tim Dunphy, took home two major honors at this year’s Northeast Ohio Smart 50 Awards, being named both a 2025 Smart 50 Honoree and the recipient of the prestigious Impact Award.

According to Smart Business, the honorees this year “revolutionized how organizations connect with customers, built loyalty-platforms and opened new territories.” Tim’s work exemplifies these qualities.

Beyond the honoree recognition, Tim has also received the Impact Award, a specialty accolade reserved for leaders whose work drives deeper organizational, market and community impact. The Smart Business judges were impressed with how he has revolutionized how Home Genius Exteriors connects with homeowners, introduced analytics-driven platforms, expanded into new markets and created new opportunities for team members.
