Expert Roof Repair Service in Cincinnati

Very fast process. They did a great job on my roof. The price for the roof was really reasonable. The crew work hard and finished my roof in 1 day. They also did a great job how everything was cleaned up afterwards. Treated my property with respect. My project manager William was friendly and helpful he talked to me like a friend.

Andre was great, the work looks good . Couldnt ask for more

Thank you Home Genius! Me and my husband love the roof!! Andre is a great representation of your company . Your workers are great aswell

We had a great experience with Home Genius Exteriors! Every employee from start to finish was knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions we had. It was such an easy process to set up our appointment for an inspection/quote. Once we decided to go with HGE, we were quickly scheduled for installation. We did have a couple of delays due to rain, but that is expected when replacing a roof. Our project was completed in 1 full day and we are thrilled with the color and look of the new shingles. I have to give credit to the whole team so here are some shoutouts!! 😊 Michael was our sales guy.. I usually try to avoid folks who go door to door but I'm glad to have met him! He was engaging and not pushy like most of my other experiences. Thank you, Michael! Trent was here to inspect the roof and attic. He assessed the water damage and talked us through the whole thing. I was impressed by his backpack full of information and sample materials. He was able to show us the exact Owens-Corning product samples that would be used on our project. Great job, Trent! Regina scheduled our project within a few minutes via phone call and explained what to expect from our project manager and team. She was friendly and helpful! Thank you, Regina! Sergey and his team showed up ready to go and had the old shingles removed in no time. There was alot of water damage underneath, which prompted a call from Zach with Quality Control. He explained the damage and that additional materials were needed, which we were actually expecting. He reviewed the pricing and confirmed we were okay to continue with the added cost. Sergey kept in contact throughout the day, sent photos of the progress, and was pleasant to speak with through it all. Awesome job Zach, Sergey and the entire team on the roof! We appreciate each and every one of you for such a great experience!

It was raining in our home and after having 3 companies come out not only were they the best price, thorough and able to get us scheduled in a few days to beat the rain. Eli and Nate were both great to work with.

Sergey and Tyler were awesome they help us out far beyond what mike the salesman did . The work was done on time and with professional service. Sergey went above and beyond what he had to do. When we had a problem he was right there and fixed the problem. No complaints at all about the work that was done . Now mike the salesman he made promises that were not true and lied to us for 3 hours just to get a sale . So if you want a person to give you a honest price on your roof or anything else dont use mike . Ask for surgey he's a straight forward person and will not lie to your face
