Manufacturers offer warranties that provide protection in the event of damage caused by unforeseen issues or faults with the products themselves. In the case of a roofing job, this could be the tiles or the underlayment. All manufacturers typically offer some level of product-based warranty. At HGE, we take warranty protection a step further by providing our own based on the install process. Where the manufacturer warranty guarantees their products will perform as advertised, our workmanship guarantee promises a rock-solid installation where everything is done according to building codes and product guidelines.

We pursue the highest level of partnership with our respective vendors because it protects you, our homeowners. Manufacturers provide different levels of coverage based on the quality of the work being done. When they have confidence that a contractor will perform their due diligence during installation, they know it increases the longevity and performance of their materials. Increased coverage for a job well done is a no brainer because the likelihood of you needing the coverage goes down.
