We run several programs dedicated to paying it forward, from our Roof Deployment program to our Military Hiring Pledge. Whether it’s charitable donations to nationwide organizations or boots-on-the-ground volunteer work in the communities we serve, genius team members are there putting in the work. They represent HGE Cares, the charitable arm of our organization which was built entirely to give back.
Connecting Veterans Throughout HGE
At Home Genius Exteriors, we have a veteran-led initiative to connect team members across our nationwide footprint. This employee resource group gives veterans opportunities to connect and extend the impact of our community engagement activities. The Roof Deployment Project
The Veteran Roof Deployment Project is a charitable initiative led by Owens Corning, our go-to provider of the highest quality asphalt shingles. We partner with charitable organizations like Habitat for Humanity to find veterans and active service members in need of housing assistance, and provide them with brand new roofs at no cost. Purple Heart Homes Program
As part of our initiative to give back to those who protect us, Home Genius Exteriors has partnered with Purple Heart Homes. This organization, founded by two combat-wounded veterans, works with volunteers and community partners to provide barrier-free housing services to disabled and aging veterans across the nation. Veterans (and loved ones of veterans) can nominate a veteran in need of home repair by completing the form below.
