We run several programs dedicated to paying it forward, from our Roof Deployment program to our Military Hiring Pledge. Whether it’s charitable donations to nationwide organizations or boots-on-the-ground volunteer work in the communities we serve, genius team members are there putting in the work. They represent HGE Cares, the charitable arm of our organization which was built entirely to give back.
The Roof Deployment Project
Charitable events like the Veteran Roof Deployment Project represent our commitment not just to our veterans, but their neighbors and loved ones. Once a year, we install a brand new roof on a veteran’s home at absolutely no cost to the owner. We partner with Owens Corning for this initiative, our go-to provider of the highest quality asphalt shingles, as well as Habitat for Humanity.
