Very professional, courteous and friendly. The crew did a great job installing my new siding, it looks like a completely different house. Eli the project manager did an amazing job helping me pick out the right exterior lights for my home. He even gave me a ride to Home Depot to get them. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. This company is the real deal and I am very pleased with the look of my home. My first meeting with home genius was very good and informative information with the problems I had with my roof. I really liked the fact they offer 12months  no payment option. It took them a while to schedule the appointment to install the roof, but once the install was scheduled the contractor was ready to go! Darryl called the day before the install and gave me a lot of information about what to expect and what time the crew will be starting the work. The crew showed up on time and got straight to work! Everyone was very respectful and kind and was willing to answer a few of my questions before Darryl arrived! The whole day Darryl kept me informed as to what were the next steps of the installation and how much longer it would be until the crew finished. We had windows replaced and a free inspection of our roof (which is getting old) no pressure to buy, good information and patient explanations throughout. From start to finish (from meeting a rep to having the windows finished) was less than a month, amazing. Communication was exemplary, every step was clearly explained, questions answered, schedules and expectations set, met, and exceeded.
