My neighbor had his siding replaced on his whole house. The project manager Jacob was very friendly and professional. From what I observed with the crew and the company I would recommend and consider using home genius exteriors.

The window team that came out was perfect, From the salesman AJ to our install team Chris and Fred. My new windows came out beautifully. The clean up was so well done and I am so excited about my new windows. Everyone took the time to explain my new windows and how they work. The warranty with the windows is amazing too! 50 years! No one does that! Thank you home genius for everything!

Very professional, courteous, kind, and respectful

I recently used Home Genius Exteriors for a roof, windows, and gutters in Philadelphia. They took the time to figure out what I was looking for and were super easy to work with. The house looks fantastic and we are thrilled with how everything looks

We had vinyl siding and seamless gutters installed on our new house. The install took less than 3 days, and the team worked most days from sun-up to sundown. They even came to start work on a snow day on a Saturday. The house looks fantastic and we are thrilled with how everything looks.

Everyone was nice and did a great job

Home Genius explained the issues with our roof and gutters. Our project coordinator made sure I knew when the crews were coming and materials drop offs were happening. The project managers made sure everything was perfect before I got home from work. It looks like a whole new house! Everyone was nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend.

HGE met our expectations (and then some)

Our project was done quickly and well – they removed old asbestos tile siding and installed vinyl siding – old and new pix uploaded.  HGE met our expectations (and then some).  From the initial visit any questions we had were answered.  I was regularly in contact with the project manager.  With how well things have gone, we have one more project on the books.

They were very professional and patient with us

We had the opportunity to meet with Home Genius for an estimate concerning windows and doors replacement. They were very professional and patient with us, explained the process step by step, and gave us a deal within our budget. Thank you, you are appreciated!
