From the young man who came to our door to the workmen doing the work; everything went without a hitch. We had some framing work done and new gutters installed. Each job had a production manager who contacted us throughout each project. They were on site to oversee the work at the start and the finish. Everyone was very professional, they asked questions as well as answered all of ours along the way. The warranties  are great and was a big part of our decision. From the thorough initial estimate and comprehensive inspection of the worksite and what the job would entail to the final bit of blown-in insulation, our multi-team project was completed to our satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.

In the course of four days, we had a new roof, new trim, new gutters, and new insulation.

Each part of the project required a different team. Each crew finished
their task within the projected timeframe. Home Genius coordinated everything, including ordering and delivering the materials and arranging for the delivery and removal of the dumpster.

Thanks to our Project Coordinator Ivan, every step in the process went smoothly. He arranged for workers to be at our home on consecutive days:  we did not have any time in between steps waiting for availability of the next team. Ivan kept us informed of progress at every step of the way.

It’s too bad Home Genius does not do paving because we would gladly engage them for this and any other home projects we need to undertake!  We highly recommend their services!
