Paying for a new roof is never ideal of course, but I'm grateful that Home Genius showed up offering a free inspection when they did. Whoever did the previous roof job had taken a lot of shortcuts and we discovered some areas in the attic that had extensive water damage. Corey was thorough with the inspection and did a great job explaining the issues with our roof and how to properly address them. Brandon and the crew were polite, professional, and efficient. Having a toddler that loves playing outside, I really appreciated the care that the crew put into cleaning up the nails and debris. Also, the new roof looks great!

Very professional, courteous, kind, and respectful

I recently used Home Genius Exteriors for a roof, windows, and gutters in Philadelphia. They took the time to figure out what I was looking for and were super easy to work with. The crew did an amazing job and I am very happy with how it turned out. Very professional, courteous, kind, and respectful. I plan on working with Home Genius for future projects and would definitely recommend!

If I could give them 100 stars I would

This whole experience has been nothing but a pleasure getting a new roof, gutters, and insulation.  The crew was outstanding.  Curteous and very very nice – a pleasure to talk to.    They did an outstanding job and I would HIGHLY recommend this company.  If I could give them 100 stars I would!

The house looks fantastic and we are thrilled with how everything looks

We had vinyl siding and seamless gutters installed on our new house. The install took less than 3 days, and the team worked most days from sun-up to sundown. They even came to start work on a snow day on a Saturday. The house looks fantastic and we are thrilled with how everything looks.

Everyone was nice and did a great job

Home Genius explained the issues with our roof and gutters. Our project coordinator made sure I knew when the crews were coming and materials drop offs were happening. The project managers made sure everything was perfect before I got home from work. It looks like a whole new house! Everyone was nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend.

HGE met our expectations (and then some)

Our project was done quickly and well – they removed old asbestos tile siding and installed vinyl siding – old and new pix uploaded.  HGE met our expectations (and then some).  From the initial visit any questions we had were answered.  I was regularly in contact with the project manager.  With how well things have gone, we have one more project on the books.

They were very professional and patient with us

We had the opportunity to meet with Home Genius for an estimate concerning windows and doors replacement. They were very professional and patient with us, explained the process step by step, and gave us a deal within our budget. Thank you, you are appreciated!
