Josh Coffey Appointed Regional Vice President to Lead New Denver Office

Home Genius Exteriors (HGE) today announced the appointment of Josh Coffey as Regional Vice President. In this role, Coffey will lead the company’s expansion into the western United States, beginning with the launch of a new flagship office in Denver, Colorado, in early 2026.

In addition to spearheading HGE’s western expansion, Coffey will work closely with national leadership to align operations, hiring, and training strategies across the company to capitalize on its continued growth in all markets.

“Josh brings exactly the kind of leadership we need as we grow — focused, people-first, and grounded in results,” said Jeff Gunhus, CEO of Home Genius Exteriors. “His ability to scale operations and build new teams while staying true to our culture will be a huge asset as we extend our footprint across the West.”

A proven leader with more than 20 years of experience in the home improvement industry, Coffey has consistently delivered high-impact results by developing strong teams, streamlining operations, and delivering measurable growth at every level of the business. His leadership has driven record-setting sales growth, increased operational efficiency, and resulted in significant advancements in customer service. He is widely recognized for cultivating environments where teams feel empowered, aligned, and committed to sales and service excellence.

“What stood out to me about Home Genius wasn’t just the growth, it was the clarity and conviction behind how they’re growing,” said Coffey. As Home Genius Exteriors continues its national expansion, Coffey’s leadership will be instrumental in preserving the company’s high standards, ensuring that The Home Genius Way resonates in every market it enters.
