Home Genius Opens New Corporate Marketing Headquarters

Company growth brings jobs, national recognition, and expanded community impact

Home Genius Exteriors (HGE), one of the fastest-growing companies in the home improvement industry, has opened a new corporate marketing headquarters in Streetsboro, Ohio. The 22,000-square-foot facility, which the company owns, is home to approximately 200 employees working in marketing, corporate customer service, and Cleveland-area sales operations. The purchase of this office strengthens HGE’s economic and community impact in Northeast Ohio while advancing its mission to transform the home improvement experience.

The investment marks a significant step in the company’s regional growth, which began in 2023 when Home Genius Exteriors first established operations in Northeast Ohio. Today, their service area has expanded to include four additional offices across the state. By centralizing corporate business functions in Streetsboro, the company is positioned well for continued expansion while creating new professional opportunities in the Cleveland community.

“Expanding our presence in Northeast Ohio is about more than square footage—it’s about investing in a region where talent, innovation, and community converge,” said Brent Miller, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Home Genius Exteriors. “This new headquarters strengthens our ability to serve homeowners while creating high-quality professional opportunities that fuel local economic growth.”

Since 2019, HGE has consistently doubled its revenue year-over-year and is on pace to exceed $300M in net sales by year’s end, with plans for substantial service area expansion nationwide in 2026. To support this growth, the company has invested heavily in talent acquisition, growing its workforce to nearly 500 employees. Today, Home Genius Exteriors serves residential customers across the Northeast, South, and Midwest, providing exterior home improvement services including roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and insulation.

Home Genius Exteriors’ rapid rise has earned national recognition. In 2025, the company ranked no. 21 on Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 list of the largest and fastest-growing firms in the country and was named no. 1 on 2025’s Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction™. Both honors reflect a culture built on employee retention, professional development, and customer service excellence.

“Our growth and success are a direct result of the culture we’ve built,” said Jeff Gunhus, Chief Executive Officer of Home Genius Exteriors. “From day one, we’ve focused on developing our people and delivering exceptional service, and it’s gratifying to see that commitment reflected not only in our achievements but also in the national recognition our team has earned.”

The office purchase in Northeast Ohio expands HGE’s local presence while also reflecting its broader commitment to giving back to the communities it serves through its philanthropic initiative, Home Genius Cares—a companywide program that provides support, service, and donations to local organizations. During the grand opening event earlier today, HGE partnered with the Streetsboro Community Pantry and collected hundreds of canned goods and personal care items for families in need. Employees and event participants also assembled personal hygiene care kits for the Akron Ronald McDonald House.

“At HGE, we believe growth should always go hand-in-hand with giving back,” said Tim Dunphy, Chief Growth Officer of Home Genius Exteriors. “Through Home Genius Cares, we’re ensuring that our success directly benefits the communities where we live and work, helping families and strengthening neighborhoods across the region and the state.”

To date, the Home Genius Cares program has generated more than $1 million in donations to charitable organizations, and HGE employees have contributed more than 2,000 volunteer hours to their local communities.
